INVEST ONCE IN TOOLING
Our Engineering Service Charge
is a one time charge. If the die breaks or needs sharpened, there is no
charge to our
customer. The RJM Stamping Company will always maintian our dies for the
duration of the part.
TOOL AND DIE
RJM Stamping company has their own in house tool and die facility
to accomidate our customers to the specifications of
thier order.
DIE TYPES
COMPOUND: Compound Dies are when the part is
blanked, formed, and pierced all in the same strike.
(used
in short, medium, and long run)
PROGRESSIVE: Progressive Dies are when the part is created
through several stations of a single die set and produces a
finshed part. (used in short, medium, and long run)
STATIONARY: Stationary Dies are several dies used to create
the finshed part. (used in short run)
EQUIPMENT
WIRE EDM: Can run up to 15" thickness. Base: 37" X
47" Accurate to +/- 0.0002"
